Conor brings a wealth of experience in Physiotherapy across various sectors including the NHS, private practice, and sports. He continues to treat all areas of the body, with a particular specialisation in lower limb conditions. His diverse background allows him to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs.
Conor specialises in the assessment and treatment of lower limb conditions, including acute injuries such as ankle sprains and knee injuries. He also works with more complex or recurring pain affecting the ankle, knee and hip, helping patients of all ages return to movement with confidence.
Conor has a wide range of experience treating upper limb conditions, including the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. This includes acute injuries such as shoulder dislocations, as well as longer-term conditions like tennis elbow and persistent arm pain.
Conor is experienced in managing neck and back pain, from long-standing issues to more recent onset conditions, including disc and nerve-related problems.
Conor has extensive experience in managing sporting injuries, with a background in A&E, fracture clinic, and elite sport. He has expertise across all stages of injury, from diagnosis through to full rehabilitation.
He also plays a lead role in ACL rehabilitation within the NHS, supporting patients back to high levels of performance and return to sport.
Conor’s NHS role involves leading the delivery of post-surgical rehabilitation, supporting patients following procedures such as ligament reconstructions, fracture fixation and joint replacements.
Conor has experience working within chronic pain and rheumatology services, supporting patients with inflammatory conditions and complex presentations such as fibromyalgia.
